Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining compliance with banking regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized financial services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and disputes with exceptional service
- Operate core banking systems and digital transaction platforms
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention initiatives
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- FBI clearance and background check required
- Valid Louisiana state driver's license
