Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision for technology and product innovation.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) for long-term integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of futuristic prototypes and pilot programs.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to predict industry shifts and competitive advantages for 2026.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
- Oversee the allocation of R&D budget to maximize impact on the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully implementing forward-looking strategies.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of mentoring high-performing teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
