Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely handle freight and merchandise using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment to meet strict deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on machinery and report any issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates; we train the right people!
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
