Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Partner with C-suite to align corporate vision with future-proof innovation pipelines
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to stress-test organizational resilience
- Produce high-impact trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry presentations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, space, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition capabilities
- Experience with scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation publications
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic recommendations
