Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing business models and technologies
- Produce quarterly foresight reports on disruptive forces (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence)
- Design immersive future-state workshops for executive stakeholders and key partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into pragmatic strategic priorities and KPIs
- Champion ethical foresight frameworks to mitigate emerging risks and societal impacts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to facilitate C-level strategic planning sessions with measurable outcomes
- Published thought leadership in futures research (white papers, industry journals, keynotes)
- Strong command of scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future states to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic transformations using foresight frameworks
