Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Trend Forecasts across technology, policy, and consumer behavior
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients adopting AI, Web3, and sustainable tech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to mitigate disruption risks
- Build proprietary futurist models using predictive analytics and expert networks
- Present keynote speeches at global innovation summits (TED, WEF, CES)
- Mentor junior futurists and maintain industry thought leadership via whitepapers
- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Systems thinking certification or equivalent advanced degree (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Network access to DARPA, NASA, or World Economic Forum experts
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software
