- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Councils' with MIT, NASA, and Stanford partners to pioneer breakthrough concepts
- Translate complex technological shifts (quantum AI, biotech convergence, neuro interfaces) into actionable business strategies
- Author quarterly 'State of 2026' reports that influence executive decisions and investor relations
- Design and facilitate immersive future-state simulations for C-suite leadership teams
- Build proprietary forecasting models using machine learning and big data analytics
- Represent FutureVision at Davos, TED, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps that generated $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, spatial computing
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling executive narratives
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patents in disruptive technologies
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Fluency in strategic frameworks: Business Model Canvas, System Dynamics, Blue Ocean Strategy
