Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive leadership with data-backed scenario planning
- Establish innovation metrics to track strategic initiatives' impact on market positioning
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with compelling narratives
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning

- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
