- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts (2026-2030)
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with C-suite strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions (metaverse, quantum, bio-digital convergence)
- Present trend insights to executive stakeholders via compelling visualizations and scenario modeling
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 5-10 year commercialization horizons
- Establish foresight frameworks for competitive advantage in volatile markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or innovation frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, Millenium Project)
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market leadership
