Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and societal shifts to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic insights into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Develop compelling scenario plans and risk mitigation strategies for disruptive futures
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through data-rich visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, Web3.0)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Advanced degree in Technology, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, talks, articles)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ innovation frameworks or trend reports
