Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to guide product development and market positioning through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with engineering teams to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder communications on future implications and strategic recommendations
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against future-state objectives
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, Web3, climate tech, and human augmentation trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight-to-strategy implementations
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., CFtp) or equivalent professional development
- Experience working with global cross-cultural teams in tech-driven environments
