Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, autonomous systems, decentralized networks)
- Conduct ethnographic research and horizon scanning to identify emerging market disruptors
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative frameworks
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Portfolio demonstrating work on technology adoption curves or industry disruption scenarios
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research methods
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-level audiences and board members
