Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive trends through 2030
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 100 clients
- Author annual 'Future State' reports distributed to 50K+ industry stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of innovation scouts and academic partnerships
- Translate complex future projections into product development pipelines
- Drive adoption of AI-powered foresight tools across 15+ business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of implementing future-back innovation strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Published author in futurism or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed journals or industry publications)
- Advanced proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech convergence points (biotech + AI + nanotech)
- Certified in Strategic Foresight from leading institutions (e.g., University of Houston)
