Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 5-year future scenarios
- Lead 'Horizon Scanning' workshops with global R&D teams
- Design and prototype future-state solutions using agile methodologies
- Present findings to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-driven recommendations
- Manage portfolio of 15+ experimental projects from ideation to MVP
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Published research on exponential technologies or future-of-work
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Trendscope, Palantir)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-to-market initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and human augmentation trends
