Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, biotechnology convergence, and climate adaptation
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with AI researchers, neuroscientists, and sustainable architects
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface technologies
- Produce foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 industry disruption
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for 2026+ horizons
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI, or climate engineering
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CSF from APF) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on 10-year transformation strategies
