Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emergent solutions (metaverse, bio-integration, AGI)
- Partner with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with long-term market evolution
- Curate and deploy emerging tech incubators for quantum-resistant cybersecurity
- Author forward-looking industry reports and thought leadership content
- Drive ESG-integrated innovation methodologies for circular economy adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- PhD or Master's in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
