- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruption vectors
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks and processes for rapid prototyping and validation
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proof thinking
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD in Technology/Foresight preferred)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CIPM) highly desirable
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology innovation
