Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team of engineers and researchers
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Oversee multi-million dollar R&D budgets and vendor partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, or equivalent)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects under tight deadlines
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
