- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ R&D funding for future initiatives
- Author thought leadership papers and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two $10M+ technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive/board-level experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
