What you'll achieve:

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology adoption frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and next-gen AI models
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in human augmentation
- Coordinate with global labs to prototype solutions for climate resilience and space colonization
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
