Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with 3-5 year strategic vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets and cross-disciplinary teams of 20+ specialists
- Develop patent-pending technologies for commercialization by 2026
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry leaders
- Present technological forecasts and innovation frameworks to C-suite executives
- Ensure all initiatives align with UN Sustainable Development Goals and ethical AI principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years tech leadership
- Proven track record launching at least three breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum algorithms, and neurotech
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding and managing innovation pipelines
- Prior success in scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in technology forecasting frameworks and scenario planning
