As a core member of our executive strategy team, you will analyze market trends, identify disruptive technologies, and build a comprehensive roadmap that aligns our resources with the future of work and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the conceptualization and execution of the Project 2026 roadmap, aligning long-term technical goals with business objectives.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Oversee the integration of generative AI and automation into core business processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, spatial computing) to forecast market shifts.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to translate complex strategies into actionable plans.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and emerging tech startups to identify threats and opportunities.
- Resource Allocation: Advise leadership on budgeting for future tech initiatives and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Tech Acumen: Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and future tech trends.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead high-performance teams and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterās preferred).
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
