Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for future technology integration across all product lines, specifically focusing on the 2026 technology landscape.
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis on emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Advanced Robotics, Biotech) to inform long-term product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Product) to prototype and validate next-generation solutions.
- Manage a high-performance R&D budget and allocate resources for high-risk, high-reward experimental projects.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks focused on future technology.
- Present complex technical concepts and strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of forecasting and successfully implementing disruptive technologies in a corporate environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
