Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech consulting or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in AI/ML implementation at scale
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Google)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Experience with climate tech impact assessment tools
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
