Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling the data complexity projected for 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Drive research into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), and edge computing.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Create long-term technical strategies that align with the company's vision for the 2026 era.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate cutting-edge AI into our core platforms.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure AI systems are transparent, fair, and aligned with human values.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and adapt to rapidly evolving tech stacks (e.g., Quantum algorithms, Neuromorphic computing).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
