Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for Horizon 2026, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation AI-driven platforms and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AR/VR) into core products.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system resilience in a distributed environment.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for high-impact projects aimed at the 2026 market release.
- Drive technical decision-making that balances business goals with engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and AI integration.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex technical transformations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
