Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with user intent and long-tail keyword opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the backlink profile through white-hat outreach and partnership development.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement structured data, AMP, and core web vitals improvements.
- Analyze complex analytics data to report on KPIs and provide actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of emerging search trends, including AI-driven search and voice optimization, to future-proof our strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of increasing organic traffic for mid-to-large scale websites.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to assist with technical implementations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Experience leading a team or managing agency relationships is a plus.
