Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily inventory checks and ensure stock levels are accurate and organized.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet our quality standards before leaving the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required—we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Full Time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
