Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and upselling relevant products
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store aesthetics and product displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
