Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized shopping experiences
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling techniques and product demonstrations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Assist in visual merchandising, including floorset execution, stock replenishment, and display maintenance
- Contribute to inventory management through stock counts, shipment processing, and organization
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on brand offerings and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Passion for fashion, trends, and customer-centric service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
