Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through personalized product recommendations and styling expertise
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting, brand-aligned store environment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-end retail or luxury sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clientele
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new categories quickly
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional off-site events
