Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to our clients via phone and email.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and processing orders accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Participate actively in training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and promote company services.
Qualifications
