Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into company databases and spreadsheets
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Perform regular data backups and maintain data integrity
- Generate reports and documents as required by management
- Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for data handling
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous data entry experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
