Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build rapport and resolve customer inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
- Support cross-sell initiatives for bank products and services
- Maintain secure cash drawer and daily reconciliation procedures
- Learn and implement anti-fraud detection protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Must reside in Fort Worth/Dallas metro area
- Valid Texas driver's license (if applicable)
