Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build client relationships through personalized service and product education
- Adhere to banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-fraud procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain precise transaction records
- Participate in cross-training for teller supervisor and personal banker roles
- Contribute to branch sales goals through referrals for credit/debit products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Pass background check and credit check (per banking regulations)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (if applicable)
