- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Assist clients with account inquiries, basic account openings, and product promotions
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and daily reconciliation procedures
- Uphold strict security protocols and fraud prevention standards
- Build client relationships through personalized service and product education
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Participate in ongoing training to master banking systems and regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
