Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, taking accurate messages and screening calls as needed.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including managing mail, packages, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception space.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare necessary materials for meetings.
- Administrative Support: Assist the office management team with data entry, filing, and preparing correspondence.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with building services and vendors to ensure office needs are met.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Professionalism: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
