Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors and clients.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a polite and efficient manner, managing high call volumes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar using digital tools like Google Calendar or Outlook.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and administrative tasks as needed to support the wider team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy reception area and common spaces.
- Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams on special projects and events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or prior administrative experience is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
