Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests and clients entering the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Phone Management: Answer and screen incoming calls with a polite demeanor, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel or taking accurate messages.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
- Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to the correct departments.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management, meeting room bookings, and coordination of office events.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying as needed.
- Visitor Management: Sign in visitors, issue visitor badges, and coordinate with employees for meet-and-greets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional front desk or administrative experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a high standard of personal presentation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact positively with a diverse range of people and maintain a friendly demeanor under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
