Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and visual merchandising execution
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness and organized inventory
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on merchandise offerings
- Support inventory management processes including receiving and stock rotation
- Contribute to achieving daily/weekly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
Qualifications
