Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling complex appointments and meetings with high-profile clients
- Greet and screen all visitors with exceptional professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements for executive team
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain data security protocols
- Process incoming calls, messages, and correspondence with executive-level prioritization
- Manage office supply inventory and coordinate facility maintenance requests
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate catering and event logistics for executive meetings and client functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive-level receptionist or administrative assistant experience
