Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate internal and external schedules, including booking meetings and managing calendars to ensure optimal time management.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with data entry, inventory tracking, and the preparation of monthly reports for senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, answering phones and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Support the executive team with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Previous administrative or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Software: Familiarity with CRM software or project management tools is a bonus.
