- Manage complex executive calendars including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution across multiple time zones
- Coordinate high-level meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics with precision and discretion
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, and budget tracking for executive departments
- Implement and optimize administrative systems for maximum efficiency
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
