Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their project needs and recommend the best equipment solutions.
- Demonstrate and showcase heavy machinery, tools, and equipment in our showroom and on-site.
- Manage a high volume of leads through CRM systems to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Process sales contracts, manage paperwork, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the rental and service departments to coordinate equipment delivery and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product specifications to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in sales or mechanics is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction, rental, or equipment industry.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the physical ability to stand for extended periods.
