Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their specific equipment needs and provide tailored, high-value solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tours of our inventory to showcase the capabilities and durability of our machinery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and generate referrals.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and contract administration.
- Collaborate closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely transaction processing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide expert advice to clients.
- Contribute to a positive sales environment by mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the construction, agricultural, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to job sites and attend industry trade shows.
