Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in and phone-in customers to identify project needs and recommend the best equipment solutions.
- Demonstrate and operate various equipment types (construction, event, or specialty tools) to potential clients.
- Process rental agreements and sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Ensure all rented equipment is cleaned, inspected, and ready for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and sales floor environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team for restocking.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic machinery (training provided).
- Valid driverâs license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
