Responsibilities
- Perform efficient order picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after paid training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Inspect and package products for shipment quality
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to industrial area shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic math and communication skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
