Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in cross-functional training for career development
- Support inventory reconciliation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
