Responsibilities
- Assist nurses and physicians with patient care tasks under supervision
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Take vital signs and document patient information accurately
- Transport patients and specimens safely throughout the facility
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control protocols
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families
- Perform administrative duties including scheduling and record-keeping
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Current CPR certification (training provided if needed)
