Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Complete mandatory paid training modules to learn company products and services.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within the company database.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
